151 SEMAPHORE:

Arm will not move.
    1. Check gear teeth to make sure they are not stripped.
    2. If ok, make sure center rods move up and down when power is
        applied.
    3. If not, remove bottom cover and check for melted coil, if so replace
        coil and reset.
    4. To remove piston from melted coil, connect the coil wires to the
        Z4000 and set to 12volts causing the plastic to get hot. Using a pair of
        pliers, the piston may be removed at this time (Caution: Handle with
        care will be very hot).
    5. Clean piston and reassemble.
