CAR WASH:

1. Car stalls and or jams.
        Check sprockets:
                1. They may be too tight on the floor channel. They should run
                    freely and have a small amount of end play, please replace if they
                    do not.
        Check for ¼” to 5/16” deflection of chain.
                1. If too loose, you may have to remove a link and re-stretch
                    chain to get proper deflection.
                2. Stretch chain by putting under 1 foot and pulling upward with
                    both hands. Reassemble and check.
                3. Note: DO NOT OVER STRETCH.
2. No smoke.
        Check smoke unit to remove house from base.
        Turn unit over and check for deep recessed holes. You will not need to
        remove base cover. Use a magnetic screwdriver to remove the house
        screws. Mark wire connections on circuit board.
        Remove house and smoke unit from house.
        Connect AC to smoke unit
        If the impeller on the motor shaft is loose, replace it.
        Check hose connected to spray bar to see if it is kinked. Replaced and
        adjust length so there is no kinking in the hose.
        Test before reassembling
        Mount smoke unit back into house and test @ 14volts
3. Micro Switches.
        If unit does not stop check switches.
