GAS STATION:

If car does not move
    1. Check micro switches for door and car motor.
    2. Unsolder wires to motor and run using a 9v battery and watch to see
if it runs. If ok, look for loose connections on the PCB.

Replacing Interior Lights in the Sinclair Gas Station

  1. Remove the four (4) screws holding bottom cover in place.
  2. Remove the ten (10) screws used to attach building to base. This includes two (2) screws at the pump island, two (2) screws at the far bay wall, and six (6) screws at the office structure itself.
  3. Carefully lift the building from the base. (The roof sign and speaker wires are soldered to the base.) This will give access to the 12 V bayonet bulbs used in the restroom and office areas.
  4. To change the pump bulbs, tip the island back, with the pumps toward the office. The pumps are secured with one (1) screw each. Remove the screw and lift off the pump. Each pump uses a "Christmas light" style bulb. Pull out the old bulb and insert the replacement, making sure that the leads are aligned with the contacts.
  5. To reassemble, reverse the process, making sure that no wires are pinched between the building and base.

Warning: Failure to follow the above instructions may cause damage to the mechanical systems, which may not be covered under warranty.
